This blog is for my medium format photography - I'm scanning old negatives and processing new ones. I used to use an old Soviet camera (a Kiev 88) and now have a Zenza Bronica, with slide, color, black and white, and sometimes expired film.

The winter lights always looked like you were underwater, Tbilisi, Winter 2003
not the greatest photos, as winter made the Kiev88 depressed... but anyone who lived in Tbilisi in the dimly-lit early 2000's will recognize this pervasive odd interior light. It's not an effect: almost nothing was in focus inside, for six months out of the year, whether you looked through the camera lens or not.
